Defective Products
Item Not Allowed By My LARP
I Just Don't Want It
Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
Sometimes, though, for whatever reason, this does not occur. When this happens, items
purchased from Knighthawk Armoury will be accepted as returns under the conditions
listed below.
Defective Products
It is EXTREMELY rare that these items are defective, but it does happen once in
a blue moon. If a product purchased from Knighthawk Armoury is defective, you
may return it for a replacement at no charge >>> AFTER <<< you call us at 972-979-8753
to inform us of the situation and get a Return Approval.
We will replace the defective item with a non-defective, identical product and
will pay for the return shipment of the defective item.
If a problem occurs with an item that has been owned for more than 21 days, it
will not be accepted as a "defective" item. However, individual circumstances do vary,
so call us and we'll see if we can provide repair instructions or work something out.

Item Not Allowed By My LARP
When we speak with customers prior to any purchase, we
STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THEM TO CHECK WITH THEIR LARP BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE
to ensure that the items will be allowed. This is entirely the
responsibility of the buyer.
If you call us and make arrangements in advance, we will allow you to make
the purchase subject to acceptance by your LARP and we will make a note
on your original order indicating that this arrangement has been made. If
the items purchased are not allowed by the LARP, we will accept the return of
those items purchased from Knighthawk Armoury as specified below. In
this case the customer will receive a full refund of the items purchased LESS
the original shipping cost. In addition, the customer will pay the shipping to
return the items in question.
These returns must be made within 21 days of receipt.
Please note that the item must be unused, un-modified, and
re-sellable as a NEW product or it will not be accepted.
If you have not made the arrangments specified above prior to your purchase, we
will still accept items purchased from Knighthawk Armoury as returns as follows:
- Store credit - we will provide store credit of the full purchase price less the original cost of shipping
- Refunds - we will refund the full purchase price less the original cost of shipping
- Exchange - we will exchange the returned item for one of equal value, less the original cost of shipping.
If the replacement item costs less than the original item, a coupon good for the unspent balance
will be provided with the exchanged item.

I Just Don't Want It
We have pictures on the website, along with a full set of statistics for each product. We encourage our customers to fully
review an item prior to their purchase to help ensure that the item will suit their needs.
In addition, we STRONGLY encourage our customers who are purchasing these items for use in a LARP to
check with their LARPs >>>before<<< making their purchase!
These returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that the item must be unused, un-modified, and
re-sellable as a NEW product or it will not be accepted.
Still, there are times when the product is simply not what the user wants or needs
and they don't realize it until the item is in their hands. In this case we will accept
the item as a return as follows:
- Store credit - we will provide store credit of the full purchase price less the original cost of shipping
- Refunds - we will refund the full purchase price less the original cost of shipping
- Exchange - we will exchange the returned item for one of equal value less the original cost of shipping.
If the replacement item costs less than the original item, a coupon good for the unspent balance
